Describe how Liberty partnerships shaped your life both in and out of classroom?
I have learned my skills and tips to learning to balance school, social life and job. One being the tip of getting an agenda and getting use to writing things down so I won’t forget. This really helped me improve my time management and organizational skills. Another were tips for dealing with stress which is something I look back on a stressful day. I as well still continue to set goals for myself and list/remind myself of my strengths and weaknesses. This really helps me focus on my goal and improve on my skills for my future career.

What are you most proud of?
I am really proud of the community service activities we participated in. It was great feeling to give a helping hand or make someone’s day when it came to making blankets for the animal shelter, writing jokes for the residents at Bristol and writing letters to the veterans. I am also proud of the goals I have accomplished thanks to the help and support of LPP such as Farmingdale State College acceptance as a student and graduating with a high grades.

What advice do you have for current students?
I would encourage them to take advantage of the various activities and resources LPP offers such as SAT Prep, college trips, summer program etc..
Many of these activities really helped me in high school and applying/ get ready for college.
