Always Growing. The people who show up for New York’s students deserve someone who shows up for them. Every Friends of Liberty membership includes two professional development conferences each year, designed for LPP directors and staff across the state. ![724744810\_1460795649399994\_2492356480005402956\_n](https://libertypartnerships.com/hs-fs/hubfs/724744810_1460795649399994_2492356480005402956_n.jpg?width=2000&name=724744810_1460795649399994_2492356480005402956_n.jpg) ## Committed to Learning Our students are asked to stretch, grow, and try new things every day. We hold ourselves to the same standard. Twice a year, LPP professionals from all 51 programs come together to sharpen their skills, share what’s working, and bring fresh ideas back to their students and communities. ## Inside Our Most Recent Conference LPP’s latest conference brought directors and staff from across New York State together to learn, reflect, and recharge. Sessions explored trauma-skilled schools, student and staff mental health, burnout prevention, and strategies for communicating and collaborating across generations. Just as importantly, the conference created space for connection and mentorship, bringing together experienced and newer directors to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and build a network of support that extends well beyond the event. ![thisisengineering-h6gCRTCxM7o-unsplash](https://libertypartnerships.com/hs-fs/hubfs/thisisengineering-h6gCRTCxM7o-unsplash.webp?width=1800&height=1201&name=thisisengineering-h6gCRTCxM7o-unsplash.webp) ## Fill Your Cup, So You Can Pour Into Others You can’t pour from an empty cup. Our conferences encourage LPP professionals to make time for what restores them, whether that’s family, a garden, a sunset at the lake, a long run, or finally picking up the guitar. Balance is what makes our work sustainable. Professional Development is where partnerships are born, and where LPP professionals come together as part of something bigger: a statewide network working toward the same goal. ## Support the NYS Liberty Partnerships Program [Show Your Support](https://libertypartnerships.com/support) [![LPP-Logo@2x-2](https://libertypartnerships.com/hs-fs/hubfs/LPP-Logo@2x-2.png?width=200&name=LPP-Logo@2x-2.png "LPP-Logo@2x-2")](https://libertypartnerships.com) - [About LPP](https://libertypartnerships.com/the-lpp-impact) - [About FOL](https://libertypartnerships.com/about) - [Find Your Local LPP](https://libertypartnerships.com/your-local-lpp) - [Support LPP](https://libertypartnerships.com/support) - [Contact Us](https://libertypartnerships.com/contact-fol) Copyright © 2025, Friends of the NYS Liberty Partnerships, Inc.
