What:

Personal Learning Plan Team

Why:

LPP Personal Learning Plans engage students as they progress through their middle and high school years. The individualized, student-centered plans help them establish a course of study consistent with graduation requirements, personal skills and interests, and career and college goals. PLPs are designed to be works in progress and as such are reviewed and revised regularly. PLPs are created in an effort to ensure that all of our students have the requisite education and skills to achieve success upon high school commencement.

How:

The PLP Team intends to do a literature review and gather information from all the Liberty Programs relative to what they have chosen to include in their PLPs and the resources they used. There will be follow up to determine what components of the PLP were useful and effective. Ultimately, after sufficient study, a template for an LPP PLP will be suggested.
