What did you get out of your time with Liberty Partnership?

I have a lot to thank The Liberty Partnerships Program at Binghamton University for. I had a hard time during High School, many things aided in jeopardizing my success. I received guidance and encouragement. Without the Liberty Partnerships I would not have graduated high school and would not have been able to go onto college and become the person I am today. With the help of Liberty Partnerships I graduated High School, went on to get my bachelors degree at Cazenovia College. I have also had the privilege to be able to come back and work for the program for the last ten years that gave me so much. I know I would not be the person I am today without the support and guidance of for wonderful people in the Liberty Partnerships family.

What are you up to now?

I am currently the Administrative Assistant for Binghamton Universities Liberty Partnerships Program. I have been employed here since 2001. I enjoy giving back to the program that did so much for me when I was in high school. I help plan a lot of the activities that we offer to our students and parents. I have been lucky enough to be part of the planning of Liberty Partnerships Annual Empire Promise Student Summit for the last 8 years.
